Hello, my name is Isaiah Raether, owner and guide of Sparky Outfitters in Arlington, Washington.

I was born and raised here in Western Washington, and I have spent the last 20 years fishing the Pacific Northwest’s inland Puget Sound, rivers, and lakes. Pursuing Kokanee, Sockeye Salmon, and trout fisheries is more than a hobby for me — it is a lifestyle.

When you book a trip with me, you are getting local knowledge, hands-on instruction, gear preparation, and a guide focused on making the most of your time on the water.

Rods, reels, bait, and tackle provided. We proudly run Velocity International fishing rods and Abu Garcia reels (both right and left-handed setups available).
